The LS-9000 Series performs non-contact measurements and judgements of roller outer diameters. Variations in roller diameters greatly affect the wear coefficient, so the roller diameter is an important measurement item. The LS-9000 Series has a measurement accuracy of 0.5 μm. It uses a non-contact method to enable in-line and high-speed selections.
