Ultra superfine wire outer diameter measurement

The LS-9000 Series is equipped with “ultra-thin mode”, which can be used to perform stable measurements of ultra superfine wire with a diameter of 10 μm. Compared to conventional models, the LS-9000 Series can be used to measure even smaller outer diameters and gaps. What’s more, the LS-9000 Series transmitter and receiver are separate devices, so for processes in which multiple wires are lined up, the outer diameters of all the wires can be measured while the wires traverse a single measuring head.
