AI Imaging II
With just one click, the system recommends the optimal images for detection. The sensor internally tests over 10,000 conditions (10 times more than previous models), then automatically extracts the images in which key features stand out clearly. Because AI automates image setup, which normally requires vision engineering experience, anyone can easily create the optimal image quickly.
Background Removal and Extraction of Only the Detection Target
AI Target Extraction
With conventional systems, installation conditions such as background noise or other surrounding elements often cause false detections. AI Target Extraction enables stable imaging and detection by removing sources of false detection from the surroundings.
Extensive Detection Tools That Simplify Previously Difficult Detection Tasks
AI Identify
By registering just a single image, stable detection can be ensured regardless of environmental changes or individual product variations.
Numeric Output Function
Use AI Identify and other tools to determine positional deviations of targets based on X, Y, and θ data.
AI OCR
The sensor recognises characters automatically by verifying against its internal information of learned characters, dates, and numbers. Characters that cannot be read with the built-in dictionary can be learned.
AI Count
Target features are extracted and learned from various points of view (including shape, colour, brightness, and edges). In AI Through Count mode, it is also possible to count the number of targets passing inline.
