- Sensors are used during the transferring of blank sheets to detect, from the side of the target, whether two sheets have been transferred by mistake, helping to improve the yield in later processes.

Key installation points
Conventionally, double sheet detection was performed by placing one sensor on each side of the target, but the IV2 Series makes it possible to perform these detections from the side without stopping the target.
Also, the “width” tool can be used to set thresholds to actual dimensions, thereby making it possible to support up to 32 products by way of program switching.
